      In the process of researching the food groups that would help to increase your physical health and well-being. I found that some of these vitamins within the groups helped increase the power of the brain to function better.

      The use of technology proved to make a major difference in identifying the effectiveness of the brain food in sharpening the cognitive skills of short, long, and working memories. To isolate one technology application would be hard to do because although the technologies may be different the cognitive memory skills work separately and together at the same time.
